We are delighted to announce an Australian representative has accepted the last remaining space on the Commonwealth Chemistry Executive Board.
A call for nominations and voting by our Society Members, resulted in Professor Sarah Masters’ election as the new President-Elect. With Professor Masters already residing on the Executive Board, this switch in role for her resulted in a ‘casual vacancy’. This vacancy is for the remainder of her original term – 1 year. We are delighted to inform you that Mr Tim Harte, based in Australia and a member of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute’s Board is the final Commonwealth Chemistry Executive Board member 2026. We look forward to working with him over the coming year.
